Town of Babylon Community Outreach

In addition to the Evidence Based Curriculum the Primary Prevention department provides to schools and community, Hope For Youth’s Prevention Team offers the community a variety of presentations in-person or virtually. These presentations are appropriate for youth aged 12+ and include topics such as: Vaping and the Teenage Brain, Alcohol and the Teenage Brain, What is Addiction?, Gambling, Marijuana and the Teenage Brain, Bullying, Healthy Relationships, Social Media, Prescription Medication, Heroin and the Opioid Epidemic, Stimulants, Healthy Sleeping Habits and Suicide Prevention. 

We also participate in relevant community events, assisting in promoting change and raising awareness.
