HFY’s Newest Programming

HEART, funded by Nassau County Department of Social Services, is our Helping Enhance Attachments and Remain Together program. An intensive, preventive services program that is home-based, time-limited, family-oriented, and supportive of both children and their families. Services are provided to young children and adolescents, along with their families.
