Employee of the Month: August 2019
Erin Schneider has been a part of the Outpatient Chemical Dependent Clinic for the past 4 years and has been an asset to the clinic from the get-go. She started in the clinic as a trauma track intern from Adelphi University and began her employment with Hope For Youth immediately following graduation. Erin provides clinical services to HFY clients who have experienced complex trauma and is passionate about her work. She assists some of our most traumatized clients in developing the skills needed to regulate both their emotions, and their behaviors. With Erin’s support and clinical guidance, one of our most dysregulated children we have worked with is now developing an emotional attachment with his foster parents and improving his academic performance. This is just one example of her passion and commitment to the job, and her clients. Due to her dedication, Erin is August’s Employee of the Month! Congratulations Erin!
