Considering Fostering a Child? You’re Invited!

Considering fostering a child in need of a permanent family?

Join us, Wednesday, August 20,  11am – 1pm, for a unique view of youth in the area who are searching for their forever homes by way of “Finding Forever Families for Children in Need.”

Hope For Youth has teamed up with Spence-Chapin and Heart Gallery Long Island to bring folks like you closer to understanding who in our community needs a permanent, nurturing home.

Heart Gallery Long Island – a project of Heart Gallery NYC – raises awareness of youth in need of permanent homes and families by collaborating with talented volunteer photographers whose portraits make up the nation’s only collection of children in the welfare system in need of fostering and adoption. 

On Aug 20 a new Heart Gallery exhibit, “Finding Forever Families for Children in Need,” will be on display at the Broadway Mall in Hicksville.  Staff from Hope For Youth will be on hand to hear questions and comments, and offer more info on how you can become a forever family for a child in need.
