March Employee of the Month

During her first year at Hope for Youth, ASP case manager, Lilinet Herrera, showed a high level of motivation in meeting the needs of her clients, while maintaining an optimistic and energetic attitude. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Lilinet adapted seamlessly to working with clients both virtually and in person to meet their goals. She was also assigned as a task supervisor to three interns, with whom she patiently and diligently worked to strengthen their professional experience, showing her exceptional leadership skills. Lilinet is quick to explore ways to learn the individuality of each client, especially while her caseload has been increasingly more challenging in regards to their mental health. Lilinet is friendly, professional and an excellent listener, always open to suggestions. For these reasons, amongst others, Lilinet is the March employee of the month. Congratulations, Lilinet!
