The Education Department at Hope For Youth provides individualized curricula designed to meet the unique educational, social, and emotional needs of the young people in our residential programs. Our team of specially trained teachers is committed to supporting cross-system youth, recognizing the diverse backgrounds, lived experiences, and learning needs they bring with them. Program Overview

Hope For Youth’s STE(A)M Program provides youth in our residential programs with consistent, engaging opportunities to learn, explore, and grow. Through a therapeutic, supportive, and motivational approach, educators deliver differentiated, hands-on instruction tailored to each young person’s needs, learning style, and lived experience. Offered after school and during the summer across multiple HFY locations, the program promotes structure, creativity, curiosity, and connection—helping youth build skills, confidence, and a sense of possibility for the future.
