HFY's Run For Hope! 5K is October 13

Benefiting Abused & Neglected Children and Youth on Long Island, the Run For Hope is a professionally timed 5K run through Eisenhower Park. Sanctioned by the USTAF, this event is perfect for competitive and non-competitive runners, joggers, walkers, and anyone looking to have fun being active! Water stations, split times, mile markers and post-race snacks and beverages will be provided.

Eisenhower Park (free parking in either Parking Field 1 or Parking Field 2)

Times:

Check In and Day of Race Registration: 6:30AM-7:30AM
(numbers and chips are distributed on race day)
Race Start: 8AM

Cost:
|
$25 before October 12 at 2PM or $30 on Race Day
|
|
Awards:
|
Awards will be presented to male and female overall winners, as well as the top winners in age groups for female and male.
Age Groups: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

Shirts and Other Giveaways:

All participants registered by September 30th are guaranteed a quality race t-shirt. (For registration after September 30, t-shirts and other giveaways are available while they last.) Finish line snacks, beverages, and more!

Race Map:
|
5K (3.1 mile) race/run in Eisenhower Park. (East Meadow, Long Island. Minutes from the Meadowbrook Parkway.)
Runners will enjoy a safe, flat certified course through a park setting.
